1. Multiple Parcel Deliveries:
All items in our store are sourced from various businesses within our collaborative network across Australia. As a result, when purchasing multiple items, your order may be dispatched in multiple parcels from different locations. To keep things simple our postage cost's are already included in our item's listed prices.
2. Handmade or Customised Orders: Upon placing an order with us, please allow up to 10 days for your items to be handmade or customised before they are dispatched by our collaborative partner. We adhere to standard post times for delivery of 5 to 10 days.
3. Post Confirmation Email: Once your order has been confirmed as dispatched by our collaborative partner, you will receive a post confirmation email from 11:11 Hour. However, please note that once an order has been posted, 11:11 Hour is not liable for any missing or damaged parcels and it is the responsibility of the collaborative partner for each item.
4. Returns Policy:
We do not offer monetary returns for change of mind. It is important to read all product information thoroughly or contact us with any questions before making a purchase. In some cases, our collaborative partner may offer an exchange if the item is deemed faulty at their own discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
